Grain Processing

Poultry farming
The production and subsequent processing of quail meat and eggs is carried out at two poultry farms located in Yaroslavl (Uglich) and Moscow (Turakovo) regions.
The average annual quail population is 1 500 000 heads.
The total production volume of quail meat is more than 2 000 tons per year, and the production volume of quail eggs is more than 220 000 000 pcs.

Oilseed extraction line
The processing of oilseeds such as rapeseed and soybeans is carried out at a modern plant in Smolensk region (Roslavl). The plant produces unrefined vegetable oils and oil meal, which are used as food additives in the diet of farm animals.
The total volume of rapeseed and soybean processing is 285 000 tons per year.

Fish farming
The cultivation of commercial trout, carp and sturgeon, the breeding of carp and trout planting material, as well as the production of lightly salted caviar are carried out in three fish farms.
The volume of commercial trout cultivation is 5,200 tons per year,
carp – 300 tons per year,
sturgeon – 200 tons per year.
At the same time, the volume of breeding of trout and carp planting material is 150 tons per year.

Flax processing
The production of cottonized, long and short flax fibers, as well as the production of boon briquettes for heating and the cultivation of flax seeds are carried out at the newest flax plant in Smolensk region (Safonovo).
The volume of production of cottonized flax fiber is 3 600 tons per year, while that of long flax fiber is 1,800 tons per year.
The total volume of production of boon briquettes and packaged boon is 4 200 tons per year.
